- Wafid/GAMCA medical booking assistance
- GCC slip generation services
- Slip re-booking and correction assistance
- GAMCA center guidance and support
We are not a government body, GAMCA office, or a medical center.
We act only as a service facilitator to help users complete their Wafid/GAMCA appointment process.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and valid personal details (name, passport number, nationality, etc.)
- Upload clear documents as required
- Ensure the information submitted matches your passport
- Review your details before payment and final submission
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments must be completed before a GAMCA/GCC slip is generated.
- Fees may vary depending on country, visa type, and service charges.
- Once the GCC slip is generated, the booking becomes final and non-refundable.
- Refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Appointment & Slip Validity
- GCC/GAMCA appointment slips are valid for 30 days from the date of booking.
- Medical reports are valid for 60 days after issuance.
- Slip validity and rules are controlled by Wafid/GAMCA, not by us.
6. No Guarantee of Medical Fitness
We are not responsible for:
- Medical test results
- Fitness or unfitness reports
- Medical delays, center-related issues, or retests
GAMCA medical results are issued only by authorized medical centers.
7. Third-Party Websites & Links
Our website may contain external links. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Errors caused by incorrect user details
- Delays due to system issues within Wafid/GAMCA
- Medical report outcomes
- Visa rejection or processing delays
- Losses resulting from user negligence
Our responsibility is limited to assisting with booking and slip generation only.
