Return & Refund Policy - GAMCA Medical Booking

We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your GAMCA medical appointment. To ensure a smooth process, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of payment and before we generate your GCC (GAMCA/Wafid) slip you are eligible for a refund.
Once the GCC slip has been generated and issued, all bookings become final. At that point, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
If you request cancellation after 24 hours but before slip generation, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis, and refund approvals are not guaranteed.

2. Refund Process

If cancellation is accepted (as described above), the refund will be processed to the same payment method used when booking.
A small transaction / processing fee (e.g. ₹300 or an amount you define) will be deducted before refund.
Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if:

If the GCC slip has already been generated, no refund or cancellation is possible.

4. No “Return” Policy

Since GAMCA medical booking is a service (not a physical product), there’s no “return” in the usual sense. The policy applies only to booking cancellations and refund eligibility.

6. Important Notes

Please ensure all your details (passport number, name, visa type, etc.) are correct before booking, as GCC slip generation is immediate and errors may prevent refund.
Refunds are processed only after verification and confirmation of eligibility.
